By this exercises it also improve the muscle’s ability to respond quickly and forcefully among women suffering trapezius myalgia, a tenderness and tightness in the upper trapezius muscle, these can be sort out easily.

She used to perform the side step-up which provides lateral stabilization of the hips. And also strengthening and it will create a more stable base that can transfer energy through the upper body and into the club head.

She used to perform exercise in this set is designed to strengthen the lower body and it will create separation between the upper and lower body.

  1. Medicine Ball Core Rotations

She used to perform by moving on to the abdominal, because the abdominals are made up of 4 muscles (rectus abdominis, internal/external oblique’s, and the transverse abdominal and during the worked all 4 are activated.

  1. Cat Camels

She used to perform the exercise is designed to create mobility in the spine and it will always strengthen the muscles around the hip, low back, and core. This exercise will always allow improve the rotational better.
