Athletic Training

We do brain based training. The basis of our training is the ownership of the body, the freedom of movement, sequencing of a pattern in a safe and challenging way where the activities are safe enough for the brain and challenging enough to improve.
An activity beyond certain’s brain capacity can cause responses like STARTLE REPONSE OR A GIFT OF INJURY.
We gradually give cognitive load to melt down the brain and still let the brain win so that the person’s athletic performance on the field is the best.
We use all the techniques only through the brain. E.g. VORC (vestibulooccular reflex cancelllaction), stamina based breathing technique like breath ladder and Burdenko Method , Near Far Eye Jumps , Infinity Walk, etc.
