STRUCTURAL INTEGRATION

Structural Integration is a type of bodywork exercise that mainly focuses on the connective tissues of the body. Connective tissue, also known as Fascia surrounds the muscles, groups of muscles, bones, organs, blood vessels and nerves binding some of the structures together while permitting others to slide smoothly over each other. These sheets of connective tissues are designed tin such a way that they can move freely with muscles and bones. They are very elastic in nature.
Fascia can lose its elasticity becoming shorter, tighter, and denser due to the injury, stress, effects of aging and work-related repetitive movements. These Tightened denser and short fascia pulls the muscles and skeleton out of their proper alignment and posture, causing severe pain, discomfort, and fatigue. Structural Integration is an individual and personal process with a wide range of effects and benefits on the body. Physio2Fitness have designed an in-depth workshop for Structural Integration in Vadodara to help the people and the aspiring sportsperson to achieve the maximum benefits of the body.
