Similar to Yoga & crossfit, Pilates concentrates on posture of the body, balance and the flexibility. In Pilates, the chance of injury is much lower as compared to other such comprehensive and more strenuous forms of exercises. It also focuses on the mind-body connection making it healthier and stronger than ever before. Breathing plays an important role while doing Pilates and so while doing the it, our mind needs to be constantly aware of our breathing and the way we more our body.
