PRIMAL MOVEMENT

The physiology of our body is made from and for the Primal movements of our body and hence, it becomes very necessary and important for us to focus on them and consider it as one of the most important factor of physical fitness. Movements like squat, running, lunges, pushing, pulling, twisting and even walking can be very effective for our better and healthier state of physical fitness. Our everyday movements and regular activities form the base of the primal movement and so they are quite important for us.
